SingleSeat has scratchbuilt the best RFs I have seen anywhere, quite amazing work. All the details (and theres tons) are in this thread.

As far as the electronics stay tuned I am working up a very simple schematic that can be built cheap or you can try yo find one of these at the local model train shop.

All the work is done and the electonics are tiny and should fit in nearly anything.

Yeah, I know but what if you Dremiled the square view-screen off and filled the hole with Bondo? It seem like alot less work than building one, unless that's what you want to do. Me personally, I'm a little lazy and am more than happy to buy something already finished.Originally Posted by evan4218
