I'd recommend buying a shaded/tinted polycarbonate protective face shield. They're easy to cut to shape and size, they flex, and they're relatively cheap.

but i don't know where to buy it because her ein Leroy merlin and brico they aren't :/

I would suggest T-visor.com, but that might be a little hard to find the right visor since you made a scratch built helmet. With a little searching on their site, you can find which visor fits your helmet dimensions.
