Painting my bucket

I am sure this question has been asked and answered a million times, but I am having difficulty locating the answer. My question is what type pf paint I should use on my FG bucket? I was able to find out what colors everything is suppose to be, but I can't find the answer to what type of paint to use. I thought I read somewhere that the right type of paint was automotive paint, but then I thought I saw that enamal was the right type. Could some one please clarify this for me.

Always use acrylics. I use testors stuff whether it is Polly Scale or Model Master.

Acrylics is the kinda paint that is usually used to paint cars, it is not?

Well, since I don't paint cars a whole lot I can't tell you. I have seen several acrylic car paint sets so probably. I can tell you that it is super easy to work with. You can thin it with distilled water and it cleans up easy. My history with enamels is not nearly as good.

You can use acrylic or enamle it dosn't matter, I have used both with no problems.

Automotive paints are pretty good but the colours might not be as correct as some would like, just something to consider
