Need some RS voice amp help PLEASE!!!!

I need some help with my RS voice amp. I have cut it apart down to this so far:

I want to put the control board in the helmet and the battry pack in my belt. Not sure where to put the speaker yet. I need to know what to reconnect the wires once I cut them. I know the red and black ones go to the speaker. I see the white one goes to the battery board but it's the blue, green and grey ones that I am unsure of and since the AC port is no longer needed what gets connected to what?

Thanks, I have those instructions printed out but between phase 2 and 3 they do not tell you how to reconnect the wires.
