I'm new to this site. I have always wanted to build my own Boba Fett costume.
I need suggestions on how to get started.
Where can I find the best helmet and armor?
I've seen different options on ebay. But I don't what to start with an inferior product.

Read, use the search function, and read some more. First let me welcome you to the journey on which you are about to embark. It will likely be long and consume many of your free hours. All of the resources and know-how that you need in this hobby can be found here at TDH. You need to provide the perseverance and your fellow TDH friends will provide the encouragement and candid feedback on your progress. Many of us started with the helmet and ASOK makes a high quality affordable kit. With the exception of Christian and his outstanding ManofWar Studios stuff, avoid EBay and stick to TDH's own Cargo Hold section. Good luck!

Off the top of my head, you have several helmet options nowadays. Being in Hawaii, I don't know if it matters if your maker is in North America or Europe, shipping-wise. But be warned that this hobby is an exercise in patience. It takes time for these garage enthusiasts to make and ship whatever you order.
If Europe is faster than North America, BobaMaker would be an option. Asok casts cheaper Budget helmets and the revered GMH helmets in cold cast aluminum. Anime fan casts the quality fan made Premium helmets for Boba. If you're looking for a movie lineage ESB helmet, check out FettPride's FPH2 helmet.
As for armor, look into FettPride, BobaMaker, or Redkraytdragon. All of them make excellent armor. Man Of War makes excellent gauntlets and jet packs, among other great Fett items. And check out Fett Seven's jet packed too!

Great recommendations so far!
Also, consider which version of the costume you like. The ESB costume is considerably different
than the ROTJ costume, and the ROTJ "Special Edition" costume combines elements of both.
Some components of the costumes are not only painted differently, but have physical differences
as well. Take a look through the reference gallery. There are tons of great pics to show how
the versions compare.
Once you decide which style you prefer, you can narrow down your search for parts.

I'm new to TDH. I was able to get a hold of Asok for more info. on the GMH. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the FPH2?

Look up FettPride on FaceBook, and send him a message there to order the FPH2. It may take a week or so for him to get back to you, he's a VERY busy guy.

Thanks for the info. Do you have a preference? I've seen projects with both the GMH and FPH2. They both look cool.

Depends on what costume you are doing. The FPH2 is ESB, and due to the wavy brow as per the original kind of looks strange painted in ROTJ(once you've viewed enough of them), but it's the premium lid out there now. He does have a FPH2 in ROTJ due soon, but not sure when these will start to go out. Also depends on your size. The GMH is a little smaller bucket, and looks small on someone that is 6 feet tall...
