hold your breath lol jk what do you have in your helmet? any fans
Polish the visor inner with shaving foam gel prior to a troop. Also install a couple of fans to circulate air over the visor.
This should sort you out.
Expect temporary fogging when you go from one ambient temperature to another - ie, when you step inside.
