My finished helmet (BIG pics)

except for the visor and i have to cut the heads off the screws the visor will use. i am happy with it. may not be the best, but it's my best, lol. thank you tdh members for the help and insight:

Any reason why you didn't bondo over the stamp marks for lucasfilms ltd etc?
And is the left ear piece cut open down the centre???

Ps: I think you pic's will be resized by the authorities in the very near future...

Looking pretty good... just go back and cut the bolt heads and bondo them and dirty it up with a black wash.

I used the same dremel. You can see where it slipped a few times. So, if you use a dremel, do it slow, lol.

I also cut the slot out of the left ear and then put mesh over it from the inside. I think it is a good way for ventilation, as stated by BobaNOOb

Man, i dont know if it is the best or the worst boba helmet, but i know this is great!

I think your helmet looks brilliant :thumbsup .. I also forgot to P38 over the stamp marks so dont feel bad about it :lol
