Hey mate! Yeah I know but I had to move to Melb because of my Mrs (and work). If I ever move back up I will be starting a 501st Outpost in D-Town for sure !

Installed the hard hat inner today and hand painted the right ear cap, need to go over it with some steel wool and I also worked on the front mandibles and weathered.

Feel like the dome damage scale is off. It seems to big. The cat scratch the dent seem like 10% to large. You might want to consider redoing the dome maybe at a later date not sure if you see it or not...but good job overall...

HEy Fett 4 Real, yeah I know I have been looking at that for the past few days and realised the cat scratch is too big. I am going to mask it out and then airbrush away some of the scratch. I had to eyeball all the dome so I am not surprised some of it is a bit off. Thank you for the feed back

A few more photos of the helmet down that most of the detail work is done. There is always room for improvement but I think I have had enough of painting for the next few days/weeks! Thanks to everyone who has helped me out on these forums much appreciated

Wow thanks syllander I went with the humbrol enamels which came out with a really nice matt finish better than I expected. I have re painted around the dent a few times now ugh still not happy with it but need to have a break from painting as I have a photo shoot today in costume. I will post some pics on here haha! Thanks mate

Hey Hobbit thanks for the kind words man! I have had to run the flight suit through the washing machine a few times as the stench was getting pretty unbearable after 12 months worth of troops lmao cheers!
