My 1st scratchbuilt helmet

So, I'm following Antman's helmet tutorial and making my own helmet out of mat board (cardboard). I bought this stuff from a frame shop in case anyone wants to know where to get it. He sold me two 32" x 40" sheets for $8 a piece. This is my first attempt at building a helmet so I hope it turns out ok. Gonna start working on the dome tomorrow.

I got laid off last week so my new Boba Fett armor project is keeping me nice and busy

Ok, so I'm working on my helmet and I start glueing the triangle stripes for the dome. But something isn't right, the strips aren't going all the way to the middle of the frame. After getting half of the dome finished I realize that I had glued the frame on backwards!!:angry But then I remembered that this is my first attempt so I'm allowed to make some mistakes right? right?
