here's my current bucket :fettesb . it's made from a rubies, didn't have time to get a DP

If this is made from a rubies, is good, but the space between the bottom of the T-Visor is too huge

Since it's a Rubies, you probably did that so, like me, your head would fit without your nose rubbing the visor, right? I'm in the same boat.

After you trim the visor, try a metal hoop - as many here have suggested - and put a foam block at the forehead to "push" the visor away from your face a little.
