Materials for cardboard helmet

I am so impressed with the build that Antman and Honus did, I decided to try one. Does anyone have a list of the materials and quantities?

Yeah, I'm interested too... at present, I'm just using cardboard scraps I have, but... would like to know what thickness of materials you all are using and whatnot...
