Making the Visor

I really need help making a visor. How do you guys and girls make your visors. I'm not just asking how you cut them and install them. I'm asking how you make them like what ingrediants you use.

I used a Jackson Category 5 welding shield on my Ep III clone. It should easily be big enough. Mine ran around $15 or so.
