Looking for smaller Helmet Size

Loveless,

How can you be selling 'mandalorian parts/armor/helms' etc...when you post statements/ask questions like these...

Forgive me for not knowing any better... But why is the boba helmet a different size then the jango helmet??? Was it just due to the actors head size???

And also... I am probably totally wrong, but I think the Mystery helmet was a leak from the episode two jango helmet.

And one last thing, why does boba have a dimple on his helmet? That thingy that looks like a watch battery on his cheek?

Seems to me, you don't know much about the Hunter do you?

Tim.

Thanks Loveless, but i'll be going with something a little more forgiving than styrene. Lots of people here swear by it, but there is a reason that you wont really see it in Western Australia, and that is the heat factor....plus also i can repair Fibreglass as I am a qualified surfboard repairer :D

My Interior measurements are as follows... Ear to Ear: 9 inch, Mandibles to back: 10.5 inch, Dome Rim to bottom of Ear: 5.5 inch, Dome top to rim~ 4.4 inch...

ill post pics when i get home from work :)

Halo 1, Most the armor I sell is custom, but do sell the replicas.

I was just wondering why they changed the helmet size. Thats all. Also, why would you come on a completly different thread and not reply to the original thread this was posted in??? You dont have an answere to the questions I asked do you?

The official size is boba, not jango. And I honestly dont have a clue as to why he has a dimple on his cheek. Care to answer any of those questions instead of smakin or trying to discredit me???

I dont see how those questions effect me creating a replica fett helmet and custom helmets.
Go talk to Tye Tigger bro, half the guys workin for him cant even tell you who's lightsaber belongs to who, but they dont have a problem with replicating sabers for the films do they.

And yes, I know alot about fett. Probably more then you as you lack the intelligence to answer my questions and instead try to discredit me on a totally different thread, get a life bro!!!

Ok no more badgering of people in my thread... im im going to have to beat someone up lol....

Sorry loveless, but I do stand with Halo on this one, mostly as he has helped me out more than anyone else on this forum, lol a 'brother from another mother' so to speak... Not directly saying that you are wrong, but I do think you may need to go back and double check all of your sources... btw that little circle shaped thing on the cheek is a Borden Adaptor...

Anyways, back to the point of this post.... My hunt for a new helmet is on hold temporarily, as I need all my money and effort to get back to Tazzie, as my Grandfather died not too long ago this morning...

Anyways, I will be popping in and keeping up to date with everything on the boards, but my priorities lay elsewhere temporarily...

Take care everyone in my absence,

Matt

Regardless of what the "dimple" on his cheek actually is - does anyone know why it is there? Sure, it's a Borden Converter, but in the movie universe what does it do?

Not trying to take sides, or add to the "friendly discussion", but I think that's what loveless might be asking. Can anyone actually tell us exactly what the little doo-dad is supposed to do on Fett's helmet? Is it a microphone? A sensor of some kind? Or does it just help him look fashionable on Bounty Hunter night at the Charity Ball?

To know that you may want to ask the guys who built the helmet... here we just re-create it.. until recently it wasnt known to us here, until a new person to the boards announced it and opened up an extra resource to us..

Im going to guess it has something to do with his voice unit, as he comes off with a slightly synthetic/amplified voice, and has no where for it to come from. THe TK's have the speaker spots, but the mandalores dont..

However I have seen hoses put int the helmet where the Borden is, so it may even have an air purification/air supply purpose... really its all just speculatory...

Just found it.. and then lost the link as my pc crashed... :S and the history too...

The Border Adaptor is a Microphone/Speaker set up... recieving and transmitting sound over various frequencies... dont know if the site was legit, but it makes sense....

Oh and btw I am now the very Proud new owner of a Bobamaker Deluxe Helmet Kit, with an additional Hollow Rangefinder stalk kit for when I upgrade the electronics in the future... :D

Turns out that the Helmet I had isnt size accurate really, and alot of my gear isnt either... stung by the flea bay.. :S

Live and Learn I suppose. But teh BM kit is a perfect fit for me, and I thank Halo_1/Tim for the best guidance in getting this helmet :D

Kudos

In Time my young Padawan :p... It will be RotJ... there... hopefully :) since I have my other helmet ill practice on that first... and I got it off another member here so thats how i got it so quick.. I have heard BM is a busy man also... thats why i jumped at this, well that and Halo_1's reccommendation..

I will most probably have it all listed in my main thread.... much easier to keep track of it all in one place..

there is the link for those interested... I figure since his costume is pretty much an armour set, it was best to put all of it in the Armour Forum... :p
