Key Slot Question now with Helmet Pic

I usually do a salad, but others like to cut it out and apply a cast of the MQ-1 board on it or a piece of plastic or even a grill.

Ok but you going to have explain what these are and what best fits the ESB style Fett helmet

As you wish sir. All the Original Fett helmets have a real Casio MQ-1 calculator chip for the upper half of the keyholes, and a piece of plastic (the same one as the visor) covering the bottom half of them. All this was put on before painting.

Your best help is the Gallery: it's full of reference images, especially ESB and ROTJ. But here is a quick one:

Is it a MR helmet? The dent looks MR but the flare is too GMH. Looks awesome anyway. For the rangefinder I would use one of the mr8gness or soemthing like that. You won't need to drill any holes because it's such a small board that everything is in the rangefinder box.

it's a MOJO helmet, which originated from a modified master Replica helmet. A really great helmet in itself. It also has one of Mojo's Borden connectors installed.

the paint job was done by Welsh warrior
