Interest in a Aluminum Bordan Dental Tool

As most know, currently you can buy a three hole Dental Bordan Tool, like here: http://kabdental.com/dental-service-parts/vacuum-compressor-accessories/Tubing.htm ... But if you look at the holes on the current Bordan tools available all of them come with the holes lined up in the wrong position, as compared to the hero ESB Helmet and pre-pro 3.
#1 they have three different sized holes (which is correct, based on ref photos), BUT #2 the holes are reversed and are lined up incorrectly. :facepalm
So most of us end up cutting the borden tool in half to ensure the holes are lined up and positioned correctly.
Unfortunatly the bad part to that is these parts can only be found in Brass and are "Silver plated". So once the tool is cut and turned in the correct position, it is now the wrong color, as the brass shows through.:facepalm

I have yet to find a company the sells them in a pure Silver finish with the holes facing the "correct way". I was even told by my very old family dentist that they just don't make them like that anymore and that most dental hardware is 9 times out of 10 "Silver plated".

*So I would like to gauge interest to see if anyone would want an accurate sized Dental Bordan tool, that has the holes lined up and positioned correctly, and has the correct Silver finish. It would fit most, if not all helmets. Price being around 10-12$ or so.

Some examples below of what I mean with the misaligned holes, and incorrect finish on the installed version.

For that price I would buy it. Consider me interested. I eventually plan to make a helmet out of sheet aluminum so this would me a nice addition.

This could be good given that the Bordens that I have bought, while having the correct number of holes, did NOT have the right sizes...the two smaller ones are the same size.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the Borden on the ESB bucket have a brass finish?

Nope, they have three different sized holes, two being smaller than the main one.(y)..but def three different sizes.

I posted the ESB pic above, I think it just has glue or paint or something that makes it have a brown tone, but the edges on the higher res photos show them silver.

It makes sense that the silver plating could have become tarnished, I'm actually going to just make one of the holes larger on mine with a drill bit, but good luck with it, will you be providing any sort of fixing method like a threaded end with a nut to go through the helmet perhaps? If so I am copyrighting that idea here and now....ha ha just kidding

I think your going to have a hard time finding a pure silver\steel connector. They were made of brass.
