I changed my old jango fett helmet back to Boba

Almost a year ago i got a new BKBT Jango fett Helmet great helmet, for me is the best so my Old jango helmet (don post 1996) i decided to painted back to Boba fett but ESB version and reinforce it because this helmet is a little weak, Here some picture what i did with it.

How did you correct the shape? I can see some sort of support at the bottom of the helmet. Can you explain how you did this? It really made a noticeable difference in the look of the helmet.

I draw the bottom of the helmet (the right shape ) on top of acrily panel (1/4) thin, then cut it, inside and outside the helmet drawing and put in inside the helmet with screw and epoxy.
The don post helmet 1996 is great but is a weak plastic and loose shape especially on the bottom part.
