How to fix the dent in Boba helmet

Hi guys!

I have a small problem with my Boba helmet. I bought it of etsy and well my budget isnt that high so I went for the cheapest bucket that still looks good. But its a Mandalorian helmet so it comes without the dent.

I was thinking of ways that I can fix that and so far my plan is to use a dremel to make the dent, and if it needs to go deeper I will fill out the inside with bondo and then carve into that.

What do you think guys, is this an ok way to do it? :)

(sorry for my bad english haha :p )

Templates located on the board will have a piece you can use to build the dent. You might be able to build one in styrene, smooth the seams with putty, and affix it into a hole in the helmet. Then epoxy around the backside (inside of helmet). This would let you make a pretty accurate dent and relieve you of the hassle of trying to carve bondo accurately (it sucks)

Just an idea that popped to mind when I read your post. Maybe it will help. Good luck!
