Helmet Transport

Hi all! So now that I'm just about finished with my new lid, I need to ensure that it gets to and from troops in one piece! So I pose this question to all of you: How do you transport your bucket?

I know some folks use motorcycle helmet bags for their buckets, but I think this is limited to TK size lids. My concern is the RF. I really don't want to be removing the stalk everytime and with the wiring for the LEDs, it would just be a pain. I am thinking that a large Sterlite or Rubbermaid storage container would work best.

Thanks!

I use a HUGE rubber maid tote, with wheels. Inside the tote, I have a seperate square, heavy duty(huh-huh-huh-huh...dooty), cardboard box for my bucket. I lined the box with foam padding, with cutouts shaped to accomodate my bucket. I roll the RF into the down position, and then place another trimmed foam piece to sit on top of the bucket before I close the cardboard box lid. Never had an issue.....
