well I had a link to post but its gone...I have some padding from home depot inside mine...nothing special theres a foam kit out there thats fancy and looks like electronics but its expensive and doesnt do anything special...so I went with regular 2 dollar foam and double sided tape from 3m the blackish grayish tape holds better than any other

stormrider has actual helmet interiors...they are fantastic! no, they dont do anything, but they are easy to work with, and look great! i think around $80 would get you one...shoot him a pm if that is in your budget...you wont regret it...cheers!

I'll be using double sided tape and two cheap foam kneepads from Home Depot. I have Fettpride's new helmet and it sits very well on my head. With the padding and the chin cup he supplied I'm good to go. Good luck man!

Here is a picture of the padding in my Sgt. Fang ROTJ helmet. I bought a very basic baseball helmet about $14 at Walmart and removed the helmet liner from it. Works for me!

Don't you have problems with the tape sticking (well not sticking) to the foam? I have not had any luck getting tape to stick. I am using foam from a craft store.

have you tried velcro? attach on side of the velcro to the padding, and then the other side to the inside of the helmet?

I have tried velcro, sticks great to the helmet but not to the foam padding.
