If you haven't checked out the Mandalorian Mercs forum, it is another great source for ideas. There are several people over there who have converted a HBF to a troopable helmet and posted tutorials on how they did it.

I have never posted here but I got a ton of great ideas and templates that I used from WOF, so i figured since I'd post. Well here is my hasbro fett helmet redo for my 7 year old sons Halloween costume. Still a ton of work to do and I will post more info when I am done if anyone is interested. I will be posting the entire fett costume soon as I am done.

he bro check out the madalorian mercs site theres heaps of info on modding a hasbro. I'm just about to start mine and pulled an awesome pdf file off there that should do the trick nicely. don't think it will end up being screen accurate but it will be a good 1st bucket for me coz I'm new to this and intend to scratch build the whole costume(mission!!!)to of sintra sheets that i have picked up from work. would be interested at how this works out for you and would love to see the pictures. as one hasbro modder to another good luck!
