Check out my thread "my hasbro helmet visor mod and repaint". Its quick and easy and if you can paint it'll come out looking pretty decent.
anyone know how to get the visor off? and any tips to get at the screws under the covers?
Its a LOT of work.... that is the last place you can get access to. You have to disassemble almost the entire helmet . If I had to do it over again- I would leave the edges of the existing visor glue the new visor to it then build it up from the face side and not disassemble that helmet… just my 2 cents- hope it helps. BTW-That white pic is a Hasbro helmet
i have the majority of it dissasembled and in the process of removing the cheeks
im having trouble finding out how to remove those covers if they even are covers
I'd say get him a Rubies Jango and paint it. Better base helmet, especially for the smaller hunters.
