Greetings! This is my first post. I just got back from the Denver Comic Con and was inspired to try my hand at costuming after visiting with the local 501st garrison. I'm going to try to do a full Boba Fett that will hopefully meet 501st membership standards.
My questions:
#1 Is this is a good batting helmet to get for the dome part of the helmet?
#2 Should I even bother with a batting helmet for my first attempt? (I have no real artsy, costuming, or modeling background)
#3 Did most of you start with a basic paper template helmet? I've been thinking that doing the paper helmet would give me a feel for how to put it together.
#4 Whats the best paper/cardboard to get and whats the best glue to get?
Any feedback/suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
