GLUE

I'm new to all this, and this most likely has been asked a 1000 times. I have a vinyl type helmet and wanted to know what type of glue would work best to secure a helmet liner. Also what type of paint would you reccommend, I understand that acrylic is not the best choice.

I dont have a Boba suit or even helmet (yet), but I do have TK armor and I use plumbers goop. That stuff is awesome. It holds extremly well and if you absolutly have to you can rip off whatever is gued down (wont be easy, but possible). Its cheap too. About 5 dollars for a toob and you can pick it up at Wal Mart. I use that stuff for everything now; gluing elastic to my armor, fix shoes, glue covers to books back to their spines, etc...

That stuff is good. Unfortunately the odor and fumes seem to last forever. As I have mentioned in the past, I find that the LocTite Super Glue works great on anything...except nylon. JB Weld is good too.

What's the technical term for "Plumbers' Goop"?
