ESB helmet decals template?

Hi, I wanted to print my own ESB helmet decals as i think the vinyl kind would be too thick for the smaller markings.. I tried to search.. but could not find any..

Anyone willing to share the templates so i could print them on directly to white water slide decal paper?

Thanks for anybody who is kind enough and willing to help out a newbie :)

**I will not, in anyway make copies other than for my own bucket**

Have you considered using dry transfer (rub on) letters? It's how the originals were done.
You just need a D, V, :, two E's, and nine capital I's.

If you have any model railroad hobby shops around, a company called Woodland Scenics makes really nice dry transfer letters in a variety of fonts and sizes.
If I remember right, the originals were Letraset letters, but there are very few places in the U.S. that carry them these days.

Oh wow, letter transfers! I think we still have them here in old bookstores.

would anyone know what size the letters were?

My measurement says 7mm (0.275583637 inch) or font size 20. This is what I found using the images from the gallery (I used an image recognition program found on the net that can read font types from any image):

This is the image I used to find the font type:

And this is the result using the font type found - Social Gothic Regular:

Seriously.. What would i do without you guys...

Thanks a lot for the much needed help :)

I'm glad I helped! I plan to do the decals for all six helmets (as I did for the each armor), but will need more time for the kill stripes.
