Yesterday my Don Post '96 helmet came in the mail. For the most part, it is of decent quality. The rangefinder and the visor were the main disappointments. The RF at first felt like cheap wood, but I later realized it to be cheap plastic. It also seems to be a bit jiggly and short. The visor is very thin plastic and was popping out slightly. The actual part you can see out, is veeeeery small. Modifying the visor would not only make it more screen accurate, but safer as well. Also, there is no padding inside the helmet, so that will need to be fixed. I'll have pics of the unmodified helmet up soon. I will also post a step by step process showing how to mod the helmet (although it should be pretty self explanatory).
