dome casting

Hi. Can somebody tell me how to make a resin or bondo dome. I am having a ton of problems. thanks

Are you making a helmet from scatch? You can try using a baseball hemet. I've seen people just cut out the dome. Hope that helps.

if you can get your hands on some foam, preferably rigid foam you can carve it into a pretty good dome, that the way i did it. Then you can bondo over it, using a bondo file at first really helps, then sand it with 100 then 300 grit sand paper

that pink foam dome is an amazing idea, i was sort of thinking about doing that but of course i ended up with "there's no way that'll work"
