The DEFINITIVE Fett ESB colors (Pantone) - some numbers!

Pardon my ignorance, but how did you ascertain that these colors are the definitive colors?

This picture is to be found in a Star Wars making of book so I think its authentic?

I wouldn't put too much stock in this.
granted, it is from the new Making of Empire book, but it really can't be validated that these colors were used originally or who actually chose those colors or even for what purpose.
My guess is that it was done waaaay after the fact by a licensee for their own paintjobs (Sideshow, Gentle Giant, Kenner, etc)
The most damning evidence would be the Helmet dome and the Chest armor being the same color Green (350U on the pic) which it obviously is not.

Interesting point slave...seems I was too quick with that. And I don't think that it was meant to be "silver" lol

The thing I forgot was that Pantone colors are a standard for printing so...guess this is useless as a color guide.

No need for a smack but Nathan makes some great points. We were really excited when we first saw the pic as well with the pantones, but sadly, as Nathan said, while we can use them as a starting point, they clearly are not the end-all be-all to colors. Just another cool thing along the way!
