I am working on an ESB helmet using the Wizard of Flight templates and 3mm sintra and I'm having quite a bit of trouble with the cheekbone assembly, I cant get the upper piece to bend in the correct shape to fit into the helmet. Does anyone have any helpful tips they would be able to share?

Have you tried heating it? that may make it more pliable and help with the bend. If all else fails, you can cut it in strips and glue it down in sections and then just add a touch of bondo to fill the seams and sand it.

Yes I have been heating it up to bend it, but the bending isn't the problem, it's just getting it to the right shape. I tried for 3 hours and I just can't get it to the right shape. I think I have it good enough now that it will work if I fill in the gaps with bondo.
