Borden Connector - How much does it stick up?

Just installing my Mole or Borden Connector on my cheek. Just wondering how far it set out from the cheek?

Now I'm no expert, but from the pics that I've extensively looked at over and over again while researching the helmet shape for my own scratch build, I'd say that if you had the borden connector at 1.5mm to 2mm, it should look fine.
