Boba Helm Scratch Build - The Walrus Strikes Back (Pic Heavy)

New Hunter
Well. Hello again.

I started my Boba Helm a while ago, but got very busy and everything I was doing ground to a halt very suddenly.

First Thread

So here we go again, I'm back with thrusters on full.

Let's get started:

Whats been done since last update: Reshaped dome a little, completely reshaped back of helmet and visor area has warped a little. Nothing major. Oh and a coat of primer (Looks so much better with primer)

UPDATE:

Hey again, did some work on the helmet a couple of nights ago. But was too busy to update:

Defined upper + Lower Cheeks. Applied p38 (Bondo) to craters and smoothed all over dome (Front and left side of dome are not shaped accurately as of yet) and back of helmet.

UPDATE:

I have done even more smoothing to back of helmet ready for lip and getting ready to cut out the rectangle for the grill/key holes:

I've applied P38 to make the lip, I'm going to sand it down to the right dimensions and then prepare to cut out the keyhole rectangle. Also I will straighten up the lip of the helmet all the way around.
