Boba Fett- Undamaged/freshly painted helmet- in progress

Hey guys,
Finally decided to start a W.I.P thread for my boba helmet- it's....hideous to say the least right now, I've still got alot of sanding to do ha ha. What I intend to do with this helmet is set it to when boba has freshly painted his own armor. It's in one of the books when anakin is helping him repair Slave I- It is just before- OR during episode 3... I can't remember as I haven't read the book for a few years now. I shall be filling in the dent- the Jango dent is BS in my opinion- boba's dent is original. I'll be filling the dent and any imperfections I accidently did when using the dremel *awkwardly rubs back of neck*. SO anyway... here are some shots of how ugly it is now... not for the faint of heart- look away now if you can't sleep easily...

Lighting is ****- in my room at night and had to use windows phone :(

Question- sorry for the third bump in a row... but- could bondo be used to fix the bottom right cheek? it looks like it was wrecked/molded wrong

lemme start by asking what you used to fix the dent? Is that bondo? Might not be a good idea to use bondo so thick...for the cheek I dont know what the DP is made of but maybe again a VERY thick area to fill with bondo.

It's "selleys multipurpose knead it polymer repair system"
The dent is sanded nice and smooth :D - I'm just not sure about the bottom right cheek :(

is that a warp in the plastic or a gouge? if it's a warp you can probably fix it with a heat gun, if it's a gouge you should back the area with a piece of plastic and some superglue then fill with bondo or epoxy or something that'll stick to the area and sands down nice.
