where can I get my Boba Fett Helmet Mould from 1992 and see what it is worth? IMG_0003.JPGIMG_0002.JPG

Thanks Guys...

the detail is in the inside. the outside is where the weld marks. The inside is where the final product comes from. The outside of the mould is made from Brass, the inside is stainless steel.
it has the label cast into the mould states: 1992 LucasFilm,LTD. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, USED UNDER AUTHORIZATION.
I would like to some how find out what it is worth.

How good where the moulds from the DON POST STUDIOS? Or are they better helmet moulds out there? Who is the BEST of the BEST Helmets around?

I dont think its worth your time ,Coz im a nice guy ill take it of your hands and you wont even have to pay me for my time , joking
Can we see some pics of what the front and back looks like that would help in identifieing it and a shot of the inside showing the dateand were and when did you get it

I don't know too much, just that a Don Post Boba Fett helmet mould was on eBay a few months ago. I'm sure there're some members who could tell you more about it.

The dons that came out of that mould were the white vinyle interior style the beter of the cheapies not the greatest helmets ever but still definently a peice of fett helmet history .what did you pay for it i f you dont mind my asking

Well Hard to believe, I found this Mould at a Metal Scrap yard in a large bin of Brass. I saw this item under some brass rods and other pieces of brass and it looked like some kind of at
helmet. As I dug it out, I knew right off someone built a Boba Fett helmet. I took it up to the front office and asked " how much for this scrap brass" I paid $ 11.00 for the piece of brass.
So thats how I got this great piece of "ART" if anything I will have it polished and goes in my office.

Are you serious?

I will give you 25 bucks plus shipping for it right now......more than double your money.

Is it a deal?

Oh i will keep it. i am just wondering if I should polish it, since it is Brass on the outside. Or just leave it the way it is.
thanks again JINTO. have a great weekend.

Yeah, I think this makes an awesome collectible. I wouldn't polish it myself. Boba is all about weathering... why not let his mold be weathered too? :)

Ever watch 'Antiques Roadshow'? Its all about the original patina... lol... :)

EDIT-

BTW, if that mould was for the white interior DP, wouldn't it say 1995?
