Black boba fett bucket

Can you make the entire helmet out of clear plastic (strong enough to withstand multiple hits) and then just lightly tint the different sections to give it that black mando helmet look. If your making it out of good strong plastic, make the front longer so the bottom edge falls below your chin and tilt the helmet to protect your throat. I probably wouldn't use it in a major match, but it would be fun to have playing friends. You would need a serious head harness inside and some fans to cool you down. If you hate fans, and your building this helmet, put small slits all over the back and top and see if that works. Your going to be covered in paint already, so slits shouldn't matter. It would be a fun project.

You could vacuform the visor and cheek sections out of clear plastic and tint them with window tint film. Your vision would still be good (except the distortion from the edges of the plastic), and the sun would be out of your eyes!
