Board member evargas3 has commissioned me to paint his excellent animefan FP Supreme budget helmet in an ESB paint scheme. I am going to switch this up a bit and paint it in a layered technique instead of my usual topical method. I have just finished the prepwork and am ready to start painting.

Here's some progress pics. The layered method wasn't working out as well as I would have liked, so I stripped her down and went back to my tried and true topical method. Sorry it's taken me a while to get these pics posted. Who knew there was so much crap involved getting a high school senior to graduate. If I have to go to one more banquet or awards presentation I think I will throw up!

Well, she's finished! The range finder is drying which is why it isn't in the photo. Oh and I also added the thumb print and white smudge after I took these pics. Sorry about that. Thank you for your patience and for giving me the opportunity to paint this helmet.
