Adding a fan inside

The 9V battery makes the fan spin slower but still does the job. As for the fan motor burning up, that can happen if the motor over heats (recirculating old hot air). I have mine secured With JB weld at the bottom of the visor. It's at a slight angle with a small open space behind it allowing cool air to be pulled up from the bottom and blows on my face. As I stated before the 9V battery makes the motor spin slower so The breeze is not so strong to be annoying.

ive been faced with a new problem concerning this. the noticed the computer fans need about 1 1/2 inches of space in back of them inorder to get a good "brease" coming out of them. it makes sence but now the fans get to clase to my ears and hair. im trying to make a setup so i can get the air flow but i just dont know where to install the fans and have room for my head.

EDIT>>>>> i solved the problem by making a small stand that glues to the back of the fan enabeling the air space needed.

I installed a fan with a protective grill into mine MSH2. It fits near my temple and sort of blows in my ear a bit... kind of annoying but the benefits outway it.

i will take some of mine tonight. i laugh at my self when i look at it. its just a bunch of crap holding it al in. i even have the wires glued to the 9V.
