    very cool, Im putting together a suit for my son too, he's 4. Unfortunatly I wont have it ready for CIII so he's going as Obi-wan, he's infatuated with lightsabers anyways. Very cool helmet tho, you should make a mold.

    Im making my little sister a costume......but Im going to be cheap and only make the chest and stomach armor. I still need a Jango Rubies too......

    It's made from a toy army helmet for the dome, and the rest is 1/8" sintra.
    The army helmet was $2.00 at Wal-mart. The sintra was scraps from a sign shop.
