Yuma Photoshoot

Well... Yuma was.... sandy... an windy.

That is about the best I can say. We had up to approx 35mph winds and got sandblasted all day long. This is the first time I have done an on-location shoot, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, the price of my learning was a lot of less than spectacular photos. Still, a number turned out ok. I haven't had a chance to go through them all, but I thought I'd share a few with you.

Okay... someone here is a perfectionist extraordinaire...

Awesome pictures... really fantastic. Wish I could've been there. Next time.. next time.

Those are fantastic shots! The only issue with the fantastic Boba shot is that he didn't have his gun with him when falling into the sarlacc, and if he did have his gun, it would have been chopped in half by Luke's saber. ;)

Gentlemen thank you so much for the time and effort it went into to creating such lasting photos.I have a feeling they will be shared countless times on the 'net.

I do feel sorry the "boba" that has a ton of sand to clean out of their suit:(
Thank you again

Great photos!! Wish I could've joined in on the fun yesterday, but I had to work. :facepalm
I did drive right by there earlier today though on my way out to visit my parents. Isn't it the "Imperial Dunes" Rec Area off I-8?

Wow great pictures!!!!(y)(y)
But its so weird to see r2 without any tracks in the sand from his ''legs''.

Ruben

Maybe he wasn't rolling along. Perhaps he was "walking" like he did a few times in the movies. I am not sure what else you would call it other than walking. Or maybe he used his thrusters?
