The As You Wish Project!

I said it once and I will say it again. Art Chris great work on putting all this together. It explains why Chris has been so busy and with good reason and good cause. I for one cannot wait to see the productions that come out of this and all the money that will be raised for Make a Wish. My hats off to all(y)(y)(y)

Very excited to see this announced ! Rob, you are correct in that this is ONE of a few
things that has taken me away from the mainstream in recent months and created
delays for folks. Hopefully our family here will find some understanding with me
now knowing my involvement and taking comfort in that it was all for the greater good.
Especially with the new Seller Rating System in place (hint, hint )

Art, as always, it's a very selfless thing you are doing here. I wish that I could speak of
what you've sacrificed to make this happen. People should know your nature. With
some luck, people will get the idea just how generous you are :cheers

Chris

Wow! What a fantastic project. I loved seeing all those wild Vader helmets from a couple years ago.
Can't wait to see some Fett art in the same vein. This will make for a memorable display at C VI.

I have some awesome ideas for artistic LE versions of this and other helmets. Really wish my name was known so people would call me for stuff like this. Charity work is the best!

It is really tough because we have had to turn a lot of people away for multiple reasons... primarily because we were only allowed to do a certain # of helmets and we tried, when possible to get artists who have some notoriety so their name alone will bring more eyes and more $$$ to the project. On top of that, since we are sponsoring the helmets, it means a LOT of $$$ on our part to have them made and shipped and then shipped again and then shipped AGAIN! It isn't a cheap undertaking, and every helmet we add compounds the cost. We wish this was something we could just open up to as many people as wanted to be involved and see about a hundred of these like at the Vader project.

Can't wait to see these. Saw some of the painted TK ones. But unfortunately I can't get to C6 I know a few from our garrison are going. Guess I will just have to wait to see the pics.
Congrats to all those involve in this worthwhile project.
