Finally decited to join the forum. I've been stopping by here for years looking at all the info on TDH. I like the fact you guys are a tight nit group. I've emailed a few members in the past got some good info,so I guess it's time to go broke and start a Fett of my own,,,I think first thing first is to start on the bucket!!

Welcome to the family. Yes, this does become more than just a "fan site" or more than just a forum, it is a great place to gather!

Jump in the water is fine!

:)

i think starting with the bucket is a great way to go. i had some soft parts already but i really felt like i was getting things going when i got my bucket in the mail...i just had to keep myself from toting it around like a kid with a teddy bear :p

I spoke with a member on here about a bucket,,,I might have to go with his,,going to take time to get,,its coming from across the pond,,hee hee,,,

Welcome aboard! I'm a new guy too! If you have been lurking around for years, I don't have to tell you that this place and the people are totally awesome! Wait till you see how many warm welcomes you will receive. And yeah, starting with the helmet is a great idea! I just touched up my ESB bucket (which is in my avatar), and I can't stop looking at it! I'll tell you what they told me: pics, pics, pics. When you get 'em, post 'em.
Nice to meet you! :cheers

Welcome aboard!!!! :D As everyone says, best family ever, greatest bounty hunter costuming group ever, can't ask for more! Welcome again, park your firespray and have a seat! :D

Welcome! You're in Williamsburg, eh? I'm in the Air Force currently at Kunsan AB, Korea right now, but next summer I'll be stationed at Langley AFB in Hampton.
We'll be (almost) neighbors! :)

bucket is a good place to start,

i recommend actually picking up soft parts last in case you change sizes/etc. etc.

I've been through 3 jumpsuits because of getting taller/bulking up in muscle.
I just recently sold one of my original vests that used to fit fine, that i couldn't even close in the back now. Bigger pecs will do that to you.

Just a thought. And if you decide to hold off on your costume, or take breaks, a bucket is a great place to start because it's a display piece on it's own
