i was thinking who pays for the site . does it make money off the advertising to pay for itself ? or do ppl pay out of there own pocket ? would love to help out if needed(i'm not rich but will glady put in) . been here over a year freeloading .
love it here.
:cheers

In the past the Art and admins had paid for the site. Then with items like the coins and patches they also helped. I think the google ads now help.

Thank you for your generosity. We have had a lot of people offer to donate and financially support the site and it is very heart-warming to see people who love it enough that they would be willing to open their wallets.

Fortunately, we are blessed enough to be self-sustaining and don't need money. If you truly want to help and give back, the #1 way to do so it to participate on the site and enjoy it! That is what it is here for! Build and show off your costume and share your knowledge with others.

The other way you can help us is by linking to the site with good anchor text (like 'Boba Fett' or 'Boba Fett Costume' but not 'The Dented Helmet'). Inbounds links are a big deal and help ensure even more Fett fans find us in the future and are able to enjoy the same things you enjoy here.

There was a point in time when us members could donate to TDH. It looked like TDH always meet its monthly donation requirements, I always tried to donate each month what I could. It sounds like TDH is good on its own which is great. But that Gerber Life Grow-Up Plan banner that is at the top right now is kind of annoying. Been a while since I was on here last and I had to take a double look at that.

thank you Art . well if you ever need anything from, in mississippi let me know.
:cheers
