Well, until July of last year I was a cop. Five years on the job and I no one bothered to tell me it was a grant position. Trying to get back into the Job as a reserve officer (at the very least) now. Today is one year since I started as a dispatcher for a private ambulance company. I dispatch 911 ems/fire for three counties as well as transfers in another state. It's less money but I have huge blocks of time with my family due to the 12 hour shifts.

I am an internal auditor for a corporation. I get to make my own schedule, travel the country, I usually try to meet the local 501st members, most recently in Anchorage, AK (beautiful place), I rack up enough air miles and hotel points that my trips to DC and SDCC are covered, and I am off from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day. But, I still wouldn't mind trading jobs with Saint_Nasty as the strip club dj. lol.

I work for the Melbourne Fire Brigade, go to fires, film them, edit the footage & make it available to different Government departments or TV (if there are no fatalities).
We run a 6 camera TV studio & transmit via Optic fiber to all our Fire stations. I also make training videos & prepare footage for web distribution.

When not at the fire brigade I teach Final Cut Pro around Australia.

And yes, its a rockin' job!

Let's see... I used to be a graphic designer and touring musician. But for the past seven to ten years I've been working as a Mac Tech, moving up as a Service Manager for a small Mac consulting company near DC. I manage all our on-site technicians, client relations and fix Macs when time allows.

I work as an inspector / sales tech for the largest pest control company in the southeast United States. In short, I go meet people and crawl around under their home for a while. Funny thing is, I'm arachnaphobic! A bug guy that's afraid of spiders! It's a good job though. I also do portraits and artwork for extra $.
