What book are you currently reading?

I recently started the New Jedi Order series. So right now, Im going through Dark Tide II: Ruin. I was a bit sceptical of the series at first but then I found a great deal on the bay for the entire series.

However, I just got the notice from amazon that Abyss was shipped. That might get me distracted lol

I started reading my first E.U. book "Order 66". I like it so far, but it jumps all over the place so I like to re-read the last chapter just to read the next two chapters.

There are many great books about star wars lore from the epic Rise of
Darth Bane to the republic commando books which so many of you have read and loved, but if you are in to star wars then the Warhammer 40k Universe may also interest you with books such as Into the Maelstrom, (which I am reading at the moment) is a collection of small stories by various authors and the awesome Eisenhorn novels. Either way these are great books and i suggest you at least give other lores a try.

Long live the Mando'ade

The Sith Code:
-Peace is a lie, there is only passion.Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken.

If youre into Wh40K, I would suggest you read the Horus Heresy series. Most of those are pretty darn awesome. You mentioned Eisenhorn, which is one of my favorites. Ravenor is extremely good as well, and so is Storm of Iron.

Watch out though, there is some seriously ****** fluff flying around as well though. Especially C.S. Goto books arent really worth the money.

If you also like fantasy, check the Nagash book. Second one is coming out soon.

I'm currently reading the second book in The Corellian Trilogy, Assault At Selonia. So far, the series is pretty good and this book is looking good itself.

i'm bouncing back and forth between frank herberts dune, and joseph campbells hero of 1000 faces.

Just started re-reading the Eisenhorn omnibus by Dan Abnett. Warhammer 40K book about an inquistor. Never played the game but love the stories behind it and have read a few of the books.

I just read the first 6 drizzt books while on vacation, and bough imperial commando on the way home.

I loved the first three drizt books, but the fact he was uber in mezo, and then in the outer world, hes not so uber, yet the dark elfs are referred to as super uber, sorta confuses me.

All of the drizzt books are available in stanza for iphone, from booksonboard.com, so iget them and put them in my iphone, and read anywhere any time for a few minutes, much more convenient than carrying around a book.

I REALLY want Imperial Commando and Death Troopers. Let me know how they were. :)
Death Troopers has to be for the SW novel that should be made into a movie. The author did a great job with the story.
I am starting IC this weekend.Hopefully it should be a good read
