WARNING: Stay away from Cucblack (AKA swprops on ebay). He's no bueno

I have bought from Cucblack many times over the years. His quality is okay and his prices are no doubt low. The only catch has been shipping times. He works out of Bolivia and it takes forever but I was okay with that. Out of all my previous purchases I never had a problem, everything was shipped as described and undamaged... until last August. I bought a full set of Fett armor. It took 2 months to get here and when I received it the butt armor had a crack in the fiberglass... no biggie, right? I thought I'd just email him and he'd do the right thing.

Nope!

I sent him pictures and he said for me to mail him back the piece - in Bolivia - and he would replace it. ***? Bolivia? It would cost me $50.00 just to ship it. Throughout our emails he was rude and unhelpful. He finally said he would ship it... that was in October. Well, it's January! Anyway, he won't respond to my emails and I told him that I'd give him until January 1st to at least let me know what's going on or I'd throw out a bad review of his service on TDH. Well, the jerk didn't reply... so to any prospective customer's of Cucblack AKA swprops, you have been warned. He doesn't honor his product.

I'm sorry that it's over so. I always try to solve the problem the best way for shipping damage or if you are not happy with the products. But when a person is aggressive, rude and make threats. There is nothing else to do.
