VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR TDH/AYW BOOTH AT SW CELEBRATION 6!

Alright gang. The time is quickly approaching. A huge thanks to those who have already volunteered their time. Three of the exhibitor badges have already been claimed so we have just one remaining. If you would like to claim the last one for a few shifts at the table I will need to get your full name in a pm today. I'm getting really excited about seeing everyone at the con!

12-2 on Sat
Poss 6-7 on Thursday I land at 4 should be at hotel and checked in by 5 will keep you posted on that one
 
All exhibitor passes have now been claimed. Thank you to all who stepped forward. I'll be contacting you all about how we can get you the passes at the con.

That was my fault Doug. I mean't to send you a pm asking which shifts you wanted.

I haven't just gone and done a schedule yet because I wanted people to step forward and pick a time slot that works best for them. *The initial post has been updated again.
 
We've still got a lot of time slots left to fill and we would certainly appreciate the help. This is a great opprotunity to meet to friends and make new ones.

Thanks to all of those who have volunteered so far. I already have several of the volunteer's cell phone numbers but for those that I don't or if you're just not sure, please pm me your number when you can.
 
Pencil me and my wife Lisa in for the Sunday 12-2 and possibly the 4-5 breakdown shift. We are driving, so no worries on rushing out of hotels and to airports and stuff.

I will take one of the Thursday 12-2 shifts and I will be willing to close out the day on Saturday.

I will still be willing to pick up more.
 
Id love to help out at some point...is it ok to be a "possibly fly by" lol. I know me and the misses plnned to be at some panels and stuff, plus the 501st pic ans such. Not sure exactly when i'll be available, but if i can just help out randomly, id be good for that.
 
Ill be headed down to Florida with Firstsonofsolo so I will take some of the shifts he is scheduled for. Im down for the following shifts

Thursday Aug 23th
12pm-2pm

Saturday Aug 26th
6pm-7pm

Is it a requirement that we be in costume while we are at the booth. I ask this because I would like to sign up, for a slot but I will not be in costume all 4 days.

I don't believe it's a requirement. I hope not. . . I'm not bringing any costumes down with me.
