    Voltaire Bacara Helmet FINISHED

    After starting this project a year ago, I have finally called it quits on this particular helmet. Time to move on. I finished the weathering over the weekend, which I couldn't get to in time for CIV, plus I upgraded the aerators, and added other subtle elements, as this helmet serves a dual function for both my Bacara costume and my Commander Voltaire snow clone. I also updated my blog (link in the signature below) with a full blown report on the final stage. Enjoy and as always, thank you TDH'ers for all you support and enthusiasm over the years!

    Looks like you have a little rusting issue happing there around the antenna lobe. Not sure if you noticed it or not Looks awsome as always! By Far the best bacara helmet I have seen!

    Ha! So much for keeping the ol' equipment in top shape and in order! Hopefully that turkey Palpatine will boost our budget so we can get some new gear too. Some type of new designation and gear being batted around the chain of command too, "TD", any inkling? LOL

    There are really not that much Bacara costumes around and really yours is one of the two best (ex-aequo with EVO3's). Hey if ever you wants to make some more drop me a PM as I am starting my Bacara costume after X-mas.
