The picture they are using of that helmet is the exact same from the book "FROM STAR WARS to INDIANA JONES" on page 68.

which states below the picture" Boba Fetts helmet, costume headgear, 38x38x52cm"

Considering that particular helmet is still sitting in the archives.... I would say, no.

In addition, if a Fett helmet were ever to become publicly available, it would go for a heck of a lot more than $32k.
