Toddler costume

Has anyone ever seen a toddler Boba Fett costume? I plan on building one this winter for my middle son (since my oldest wants to build a tusken raider or jawa costume, still trying to figure out where I went wrong). I'm hoping to find a small helmet out there somewhere. The rest of the costume will be easy to make. I already have a plan for a scaled jet pack for him.

How old is the toddler? All the gear may not be comfortable to wear. so just keep that in mind... but as an alternative... Years ago a member here made some iron on transfers based on the WOF templates. He colored them green and posted up is "template". He the placed them on a baby "onesie". I don;t remember the members name but maybe some one else could chime in.

It was done by Rich D. and his thread is here ==> Baby Fett Project. He did an excellent job.

That is pretty cool. My middle son will be two in a couple of weeks. I was hoping the oldest (10 yr old) would want a set of mando armor, but nooooo he wanted to be a Jawa. I was thinking about getting a one piece pajama without feet and cut up some thin plastic bottles to make his kit. I may have found a starting point for the helmet. I found one of those SWAT play sets that has a helmet that can be modified. The 2 year old is always taking off with my helmet and actually put it on. I was thinking 2 energy drink cans (monster type) and a 1 ltr water bottle for his jet pack. All of his costume would be held together by velcro of course with velcro also sewn on the pajamas and mini flak jacket. The only thing I can think of for the gauntlets would be 2 soda bottles with both ends cut out and balsa wood glued / shaped.
