That is awesome - what did you use for Starkiller's Shoulder Pauldrons?
I used sintra. First I cut paper templates and fit them to my son's build. I heated them up and bent them to fit, then I did the painful process of fitting the collar (neck ring) on the pieces. After that I tried to rub-n-buff 'em, but I can't seem to get it right and burnt a hole through my palm trying to heat it up Seeker style. Then I went with chrome spray paint, black and gray weathering. For the restraining bolt I used a small storage cup for tacks and finishing nails, then cut off the tip of a Stormie communicator to make the middle part of it. Straps and clips came from JoAnn's Fabrics.
What's your parts build up?
