Hey, Ill take saturday, from 1-3pm and 3-5 pm also. So basically 6 hours at the table on saturday.

Thank you to those who have graciously volunteered.
So many of you have asked for us to do something on the west coast for the past several years. We finally have an opportunity to do so but we NEED your help! IF we don't get enough volunteers to fill the times that we MUST have our table manned, we won't be able to be there So PLEASE, we need EVERYONE'S help! Please volunteer your time. We really want to see this happen and hopefully make it a tradition.
So many of you have asked for us to do something on the west coast for the past several years. We finally have an opportunity to do so but we NEED your help! IF we don't get enough volunteers to fill the times that we MUST have our table manned, we won't be able to be there

Mirax, since you guys have a booth at the Con, you can get a bunch of "set & breakdown" stickers to put on badges to allow us to get in early. can you confirm this? and if so, can us members who volunteer at the booth get one? it really helps to have one so we can get in early, suit up.

An update on my end here. I will not be attending SDCC this year. My boss planned her 60th birthday party, which runs the entire weekend of SDCC. I am bummed though, there's always next year. And the next year, etc.
Except, I do plan on coming down to San Diego to help set up the table, as Spideyfett has shipped to me all the large banners. I intend to be in the area Tuesday afternoon, leaving wednesday late afternoon, once the table is set-up. Oh, dinner plans for tuesday night are wide open, if any Con early birds wanna throw a couple back

If so, Once I figure out my schedule with the DSG, I will certainly set aside some time if you need another volunteer.

Mirax, Danny (Obi-Dan) and I can do the Thursday slot at 1-3pm.
Neither Danny or I were planning on suiting up in my Fett this year. But if needed I can bring it as a display for the entire Con if anyone can supply a mannaquin and a promise it will be safe

Phil, great to see you around! No, you do not need to have on a Fett Suit to man the table. We would like everyone to wear a TDH shirt however while working.
As for the suit on a mannequin- unless you are able to be responsible for it, I can't promise it will be safe. You are more than welcome to display it while you are working but while you aren't working, I have no way to guarantee it won't be damaged so you would be doing so at your own risk.
