I got in too! It's pretty fun but very buggy.

Blast! Nothing for me yet. Is this supposed to be an extended beta now or is still just the weekend setups because I got into one of those a few months ago.
I'm still DL'ing... I assume its the whole game, they say that they want you to participate in all aspects of the game, and to complete the story line for at least one class. Guess which class I'm gonna choose?

I might have jumped the gun on posting this... Checking the tester forum, it looks like the stickies go back to March. I thought that they had JUST started the beta seeing as how I signed up for it the day it was announced and heard nothing since (until now).
In any case... YAY!... I get to play SWTOR. :P

Yeh i heard people have been testing the BETA for a while now...i re- scanned my system today...
I bought a new system LAST YEAR in February for this game and am finally getting to use it for more than Sims and WoW.
HAHA...nice, same here basically...was looking at upgrading to 8GB of RAM but 4 is doing alright for now

Hahaha yeah it's gonna take awhile. I'll try and find those old emails and see what they say. I think that it just may possibly be a full beta because I've seen a few people online announce that they have recieved the email. Here's hoping.
Been DL'ing, installing, and verifying for a while now... Jeeze, I hope that's the whole game... lol...
In any case, I was just reading over the testing guidelines and there are to be NO screen shots taken and we're not supposed to talk about it, so I won't be posting any screens, game details, or anything of the sort (just an FYI before anyone asks anything about the content).

BTW, If I recall correctly, didn't a Bioware rep state for a FACT that the game will be out in December 2011? Pretty sure it was from the G4 E3 2011 coverage. Maybe this IS the final Beta?

I think they mean't fiscal year which doesn't end for them until March or so I believe. Because I'm almost certain that they pushed both Mass Effect 3 and TOR back recently.
I doubt it, otherwise he would have said 2012... They usually specify when they are referring to a fiscal year. In that video, Adam Sessler kept pushing for a month and all he would say was 2011.
Seems like they want it bug free, which isn't gonna happen no matter what they do. They already pushed it back an entire year once, pushing it back any more (imo) is gonna turn people off. I'm crossing my fingers for December.

Dude you are so lucky to get in on that; still hoping that I may see an email myself but considering my computers pretty old and I'm waiting to build one after seeing the specs for the game probably won't get that invite either. Enjoy it. To piggy back off the release, from g4 interview they said nothing has changed as of then and were still expecting it to come out by the end of the year, but we'll see how that goes.
Yeah... Its still going, so I'm certain its the full game.

BTW, I've achieved the impossible, guys... My wife is going to play SWTOR with me, so that means that WE get to buy a new side rig too. All thanks to Pocket Legends. I got her to play a few levels with me and she's hooked... I love Android...

Is it definitely Dec 31st? I had the newsletter about the preorder but no release date was given. If it is then I'm happy it's coming out in 2011 albeit by only one day. ;P
Now to upgrade the PC, I have a ATI Radeon HD 4350 which I'm not sure is going to cut it. Anyone have any idea if it'll do or if I should upgrade?
Why not just pre-order the digital version, FFR? Probably the best way to get it if you're in Korea. I know I don't need to pay $70 more for some collectible figurines and ****....

Cuts through the beta like butter... Even on max (game) settings...
Early access starts on the 13th... Can't wait for all my time/work to be permanent...
I was lucky enough to get to be a regular tester ever since I made the original post. Did anyone else get in on regular testing, or the more recent weekend tests? How did you like it? Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the game. I leveled to 50 four times, but sadly did not get to do Eternity Vault (it was only open to us on the most recent build, afaik). I did everything else that the game has to offer though, and it was a blast. Loves me some PVP.
BTW, NDA has been lifted, so I can answer questions about the game now.

Here's a lv50 merc PVP vid. This isn't me, btw. From what I've read on his other vids, he wasn't using any PVP armor. Also, he's neglecting 'unload', which is a great ability where the BH whips out both blasters and... um... unloads them on the target.

Yeah I was in on 2 of the weekend tests and absolutely LOVED it. Up until I somehow screwed up the system. I was on my BH and walked in on those two fake lovers (from the planet where they were building a statue of a sith) Anyways, the system jammed and I couldn't click what dialog I wanted so then I left the room. Unfortunately the little door was in the RED locked position and I couldn't get back in. So then I just started a trooper. I lvled my trooper to lvl 21 I believe and was so disappointed that the beta ended just before I got a mount!!!
Oh well, Hope they fixed all the bugs! I have to wait for another job to come in before I can pay for the game as I am a Freelance website designer (AKA I do not have a steady income so I have to save!) Cant wait to play the game!
I'm in early access now... Got my Merc up to 25 so far. Just seems weird, I still have that beta feeling like my toons gonna be wiped tomorrow.
Im trying to get on from Korea...not having the best luck hope its just cause Im not in early access....DL the game, getting error 1003 what server you on DS?
Well, yeah, if you were trying to get on without a redeemed pre-order code, then early access wouldn't work for you. You should be good to go today though.
Just a question to you all. Is the game worth the money? Or would I rather put more food on my table and play some free mmorpg in my free time?
I got on had peerblocker turned on needed it to be turned off while trying to get on preorder code was good
Im loving it, was huge into Halo but this is like KOTOR but BETTER and you can play with your friends....been playing BH with TX Fett for the last few days and made an inquisitor with another friend....I like it
